Junior School - Creative and Performing Arts

Music

The College has an active music program that endeavours to foster in all students an appreciation of music.  Opportunities exist for students to realise their full potential through participation in both curricular and cocurricular music programs.

Drama

Drama is a wonderful way to express story, song and learning at school. There are many opportunities within the school day for a short play or skit to be part of a lesson, whether in reading, History or Art.

More formal opportunities for drama are organised for Special Interest Days, class or individual performances at concerts and assemblies and in lunchtime activity groups. Major productions such as the end of year concert for K-2 and the 3-6 musical bring opportunities for each student to have their moment on the stage.

Every two years the Junior School holds a school production, in 2015 it was Peter Pan and in 2013 it was Seussical Jr.

2017 will see the Junior School Production of Disney's The Lion King Jr come to life. Check out our Events tab on our website for dates and further information.  Tickets will go on sale in Term 3.
