There will be so much for everyone to enjoy at our Community Fair and Open Day!
Here’s what you need to know to plan your day.

Transport and Parking
There will be no parking available on site (onsite parking is for staff only), however a drop off point is available at the Kiss and Drop Zone marked on the Map. We encourage you to consider car-pooling on the day, pop on your walking shoes! The Shellharbour Junction train station and carpark is also a short 500m walk from the College. There are two pedestrian entry points marked on the map to enter the College from either the top or halfway down the hill on Piper Drive. You will see balloons at both entrances! Pram access is also available on the north side of the College as marked on the Map.
Mobility Access
A Mobility Transfer will be available to assist with access to and from the bottom of the College. The drop off point is marked on the Map. Please check in with the staff member at this point and they will coordinate a transfer.
Information Desk
An information desk will be located in the MPH, marked on the map, this will also be a meeting point for lost children. At the Information Desk you can receive information regarding our Junior and Senior Schools and how to Enrol, our Pastoral Care program, Co-Curricular Activities, including Duke of Ed, plus much more!
Cash
An ATM will be available on the day; however, we do recommend planning ahead and bringing cash if possible. Make sure you have plenty of gold coins for the coin games and bottle stall!
What’s On?
As well as rides, food trucks, craft corner, face painting, a silent auction and much more (which can be found on the map), here is what else you need to know.
Open Classrooms
Experience the learning opportunities available at the College with open classrooms from Prep to Senior School between 10.00am to 2.00pm. There will be many activities planned and teachers available to answer any questions. There will be opportunities to chat with the Principal, take part in a chemical experiment in Science or cooking in the Hospitality kitchen, and view many students works on display.
Book Fair
Purchase a book to be donated to the new Library and Prep – Year 12 Learning Centre. Located next to E Block canteen.
Rides
Avoid the queue and purchase your Unlimited Rides Wristbands here.
There will be rides for all ages, Round Up, Dodgem Cars, Wizard Flight, Pirate Ship, The Big Splash and Jumping Castles.
Food Trucks
Enjoy a selection of food options such as Amigos, 2 Smokin Barrels, Steve’s Wood Fire Pizza, Piggy & Moo burgers and The Pines gelato.
Silent Auction
Thanks to our generous community sponsors, we have many amazing packs available for auction at the Community Fair and Open Day. All money raised will go to the P&F Association.
